great introductions

Only approved partner organizations may participate. Incentives are issued directly to individual partner sales representatives, not to partner organizations, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

A referral is considered valid when all of the following conditions are met:

• A warm introduction is made via email or calendar invite
• All relevant parties are included in the introduction
• A named customer contact is provided
• A specific event or opportunity is identified
• The opportunity is not already in our active sales pipeline or at or beyond the quote stage
• The referral is reviewed and accepted by our internal sales team

A warm introduction is an email or calendar introduction where all relevant parties are included, the partner sales representative is identified as the source of the introduction, and the prospect responds with interest or willingness to continue the conversation.

Introductions that receive a decline or no meaningful engagement do not qualify as warm referrals.

The attribution window is 180 days from the date of the warm introduction. Deals that close after 180 days are not eligible for referral incentives.

Incentives are issued as digital gift cards directly to eligible partner sales representatives. Availability and formats may vary by country.

The first valid referral received and accepted by our internal sales team receives credit. Only one referral payout is issued per event.

Yes. A $100 digital gift card is issued once a referral is reviewed and accepted as qualified, regardless of whether the deal ultimately closes.

Closed-won incentives are issued after the contract has been signed and customer payment has been received. This ensures payouts are tied to confirmed and completed deals.

Yes. Incentives are stackable across services for the same event. If multiple services are included in a deal, rewards are combined.
